From the first payment to the first game
One family, start to finish.

01 · A family registers
The form is yours. The fields are yours.
A parent opens the club's registration page, picks the program, and sees the price with the early-bird and sibling lines already applied. The waiver is on the same page. One payment.
02 · The money lands
Paid straight into the club's own account.
HockeyOS never holds your funds. Each payment settles to your club's own account, with the card fee itemized on the receipt — 2.9% plus 30¢, nothing on top. Pre-authorized debit is available too.
03 · Waivers get signed
Signed from the kitchen table, on a phone.
Every registrant gets a signing link. Guardians read, draw a signature and submit. Anyone who hasn't gets a reminder, and the registrar sees who is still outstanding.
04 · The roster fills itself
Registered means rostered.
The roster widget on your website is the same list. It updates as families register, so nobody keys a name in twice.

Questions about registration and club operations.
Where does the money go?
Into your club's own account — HockeyOS never holds your funds. The fee is 2.9% plus 30¢ per card payment, itemized on the receipt; add it for the payer or absorb it as the club. Pre-authorized debit is available. Refunds go back to the original payment method from the dashboard.
Can parents register two kids at once?
Each registration is for one player, but players are linked to their household, and the sibling discount applies to the second and later players in it. Guardians see all of their own kids in one place.
Can we import last season's schedule?
Yes. Import games, practices and other events from a CSV. Recurring practices can be set up as a series, and opponents and venues are stored once and reused.
Do parents need an account to answer availability?
No. The RSVP comes as a signed link, and one tap records In or Out — no sign-in. The coach sees the tally, and anyone who hasn't answered gets a nudge the morning of.
How do texts work?
SMS is on the Club plan, with 500 segments a month included. Texts go only to guardians who have given SMS consent, and that consent is recorded with a timestamp. Every message carries an unsubscribe link. Inbox, web push and email are on every plan.
Can we leave with our data?
Yes. An admin can export the full organization as JSON, and can permanently delete the organization. The retention schedule is published on our privacy page.
