One game, start to finish
The game sheet, one tap at a time.
Four screens the bench actually sees. Nothing on the website is typed; it all starts here.
Scorer
Assists · up to two
01 · A goal
Tap the goal in.
Period and time are already there. Pick the scorer, up to two assists, and whether it was even strength, a power play or short-handed. Staff never appear in the picker.
02 · A penalty
Every penalty in the book.
Fifty-nine infractions, grouped the way the paper sheet groups them — minors, body contact, double minors, majors, misconducts, bench — with the usual minutes filled in. There's an Other for anything else.
03 · The rest of the sheet
Both goalies, shots, lineups.
Shots with a plus and minus or a typed total. A goalie who's pulled or relieved gets a split net and a live save percentage. Set the lineup and scratches don't earn a game played.
04 · The final
Final — sign the sheet.
Referee, both coaches and the scorekeeper sign on the phone, drawn or typed. Finalize, and standings, records, player stats and every widget on the website update.
Offline
Works without arena Wi-Fi.
Rinks are concrete boxes. When the signal drops, every entry queues in the browser on the phone and replays the moment it's back — in order, and duplicate-safe, so nothing is lost and nothing is counted twice.
- Entries queue on the phone, not on a server
- Replay when the signal returns, in order
- Duplicate-safe, so a retry never doubles a goal

Live page
A public scoreboard while it's being scored.
Every game gets a public page the moment the bench opens the sheet: score, period, clock and the last goal. Parents at home follow it. Grandparents in another province follow it. It's in your club's colours.
- One link per game

Sheet Scanner
Scored on paper? Photograph the sheet.
Take a photo of the paper game sheet and it's read into a review screen: goals, penalties, shots, goalies. Your roster is the allowed set of names, so an unknown jersey is flagged rather than guessed. Nothing is saved until you confirm. The photo is sent to an AI provider to read it; it reads most legible sheets, and you review every row.
- Roster names as the allowed set; unknown jerseys flagged
- You confirm before anything is saved

Signed sheets
Signed sheets, and a trail.
Referee, home coach, away coach and scorekeeper sign on the phone, drawn or typed. A club can require all four before a sheet counts as final. If anyone edits the sheet after it's signed, the signatures are voided with a reason and the whole record is kept — who signed, who changed what, and when.
- Drawn or typed signatures on the phone
- Require signatures before a sheet is final
- Edits after signing void with a reason, and keep the trail

Admins can correct a finalized game
Reopen the sheet, fix it, finalize again. Standings, records, player stats and every widget follow the correction.
Affiliate players
Link a club player to a second team as an AP. Their games count against a cap the club sets, with a per-player override, and the app warns or refuses.
Lineups mean honest games played
Set who dressed. Scratches don't earn a GP, so a player's season is the games they actually played.
Staff stay out of the pickers
Coaches and trainers are on the bench, not in the scorer list. Fewer taps, fewer wrong names.

Questions about game day.
Who can score a game?
Anyone the club gives the coach, manager or scorekeeper role. Owners and admins can too. Parents and players can follow along on the live page but can't type into the sheet.
Can parents see the score while the game is on?
Yes. Every game has a public live scoreboard page while it's being scored: score, period, clock and the latest goal. Share the link, or let them find it from the schedule.
What if two people try to score the same game?
There is one sheet per game, and we recommend one scorer on it. Entries made with no signal queue on the phone and replay when it's back, duplicate-safe, so a dropped connection never doubles a goal.
What happens when a sheet is reopened?
An admin can reopen a finalized sheet and correct it. When it's finalized again, standings, records, stats and widgets recompute. If the sheet had been signed, the edit voids the signatures with a reason, and the record of who signed what, and when, is kept.
Is there an app in the App Store?
Not yet. Today it's a web app you open on the phone, and you can add it to your home screen under your club's name and crest. Native iOS and Android apps are next.
