02 · A scoped quote
One number, in writing, billed half and half.
You get a quote that lists what is in scope and what is not. Half is due to start, half when we launch. Anything beyond scope is agreed first and billed by the hour.
03 · Launch, then your call
Live on your domain. Managed months if you want them.
The site goes live with HockeyOS installed and your people trained. From there a club can run it alone on any plan, or hand us the back office on a monthly block of hours.

Every service ships with HockeyOS installed.
Whatever we build, the roster, schedule, standings and results on the site are the live widgets, themed to your colours, fed by the game sheets your bench scores. The site stays current without anyone editing a page.

Questions about our services.
Do we have to buy the software too?
No. Bench is free for one team, and every package installs HockeyOS as part of the work. If you want a paid plan later for more teams or the paid features, that is a separate, monthly decision.
Can we bring our own designer?
Yes. If the club already has a crest or a brand, we build the website and install HockeyOS around it. The Website + HockeyOS package exists for exactly that.
Who owns the brand files?
The club does. Logo files, the palette, the type choices and the jersey specs are handed over at launch, and you can take them anywhere.
How long does a website take?
It depends on how much you have ready and how fast the club can review. It is scoped on the call, with dates in the quote.
Do you work with clubs outside British Columbia?
Talk to us. The work is done remotely and the software runs anywhere; tell us where you are and what you are starting.
What if we need something outside the scope?
We agree it first, then bill it at $75 an hour. Nothing outside the quote is started without a yes.
