A day in the season

Three moments, start to finish.

  1. Sunday night · The week ahead

One calendar, already on your phone.

Subscribe once to the team's iCal feed. Games, practices and a changed start time land in the calendar you already use, in your club's time zone, with the rink's address and a Directions link.

  2. Thursday · Are you in?

Tap In or Out. No login, no app.

A reminder arrives by email, push or text — text only where the club turns it on and you've said yes. The link is yours, so one tap answers for your player. The coach sees the tally.

  3. After the game · How they did

Their numbers, the moment the sheet is final.

Goals, assists and games played come from the sheet the bench scored. Nothing is typed. The public profile shows name, number, position and a headshot if the club chooses — never a birthdate.

What you get.

One calendar, one-tap RSVP, waivers signed from a phone, and a profile that follows the player.

One calendar

An iCal feed per team. Subscribe once; games, practices and changes update your phone on their own.

One-tap RSVP

In or Out from a link that's yours. No account, no password, nothing to download.

Waivers from a phone

Sign the season's waiver from a link. Your consent is recorded with the time you gave it.

Reminders that fit

Email, web push, or text where your club enables it and you've agreed. Game changes are sent the same way.

A profile that follows them

Name, number, position, a headshot if the club chooses, and career stats across seasons. Never a birthdate or contact details.

Never billed

Players, parents and coaches are never billed for HockeyOS on any plan. Registration fees are set by, and paid to, your club.

Your kid's data

A roster is public. A family isn't.

A public page or widget shows what a program sheet would: name, number, position, a headshot if the club chooses, and stats. The rest stays inside the club's account, behind roles, with consent recorded when it was given.

  • Birthdates never appear on public pages or widgets
  • Guardian, Terms and text-message consent recorded with a timestamp
  • The club can export everything and delete it permanently
  • A retention schedule is published on the privacy page

Questions from parents & players.

Do I need an account?

Not to answer availability or sign a waiver — those come as links. If your club links you as a guardian, signing in shows your own kids and nothing else.

Will my child's birthdate be online?

No. Birthdates are never on public pages or widgets. A public profile shows name, number, position, a headshot if the club chooses, and stats.

How do I stop the texts?

Reply STOP to any message and no more are sent. Texts only go to a number whose guardian said yes, and every reminder can come by email or push instead.

Does it cost parents anything?

No. Players, parents and coaches are never billed on any plan. Registration fees are your club's, paid to your club's own account.

Send this to your club.

Free for one team. No card. Players and parents are never billed.
