01 · The call
A call, then a scoped quote.
Tell us what you are starting — a team, a club or a league — and what you already have. You get a scope with line items, a price, and the billing split: half to start, half at launch. Nothing begins until you say so.
02 · Identity
A name, a crest, a brand system.
Naming if you need it, then the crest and the system around it: colours, type, light and dark versions, and the files every supplier will ask for. Two rounds of revisions are in the price.
03 · Jerseys and the site
The jersey spec goes to your supplier. The site goes live.
Home and away jerseys designed and specced for the apparel supplier you already use, who bills production. A 5–7 page website in the same identity, hosted, with the domain covered for the first year.
04 · HockeyOS installed
Installed, themed, and full of your data.
HockeyOS is set up in your colours and the widgets go on the pages where they belong. Rosters, schedules and opponents are imported, so the site is live with real names on day one.
05 · Training and launch
Your people trained. Then opening day.
The registrar, the coaches, the scorekeeper and whoever runs the website each learn their part. The last half of the invoice is due at launch, and the managed service is there if you want us to stay on.

Hosting and a domain
The site is hosted and the domain is covered for the first year on every setup. At cost after that.
Two revision rounds
On the crest, the jerseys and the site. Beyond them, work bills at the hourly rate on your scope.
Your data imported
Rosters, schedules, opponents and venues loaded before launch, so the widgets show real names on day one.
Your people trained
The registrar, the coaches, the scorekeeper and whoever runs the website each learn their part.
Your supplier, your designer
We hand a production-ready spec to the apparel supplier you already use, and we can work with a designer you already have.

Questions about a setup.
Do we need a HockeyOS subscription as well?
Not to launch. Bench is free for one team and the setup installs it, themed, with your data in it. Team and Club plans are there if you want more teams, texting or advanced stats, and you can move to one whenever you like.
Can you work with our existing apparel supplier or designer?
Yes. The jersey work ends in a production-ready spec, and we send it to whichever supplier you already order from; they bill production. If you have a designer or a crest you love, we build the rest of the system around it and the price is scoped down to match.
What do you need from us to start?
A call, and a decision-maker on it. After that: anything you already have (a name, a crest, colours, a jersey, a domain), last season's rosters and schedule if they exist, and the names of the people who will run registration, the bench and the website.
How is it billed?
Half when we start, half at launch, one-time, in CAD. The scope lists every line item before anything begins. Work outside it bills at $75 an hour and is agreed with you first.
What happens after launch?
The club is yours to run, and the training is meant to make that easy. If you would rather we stayed on, the managed service is a monthly block of hours for registration, rosters, schedules, the website and the socials, on top of any plan.
