Copy the line from your dashboard
In HockeyOS, open Website & embeds → Embed Studio. Pick the team and the widget, set how it should look, and press Copy. That one line is the whole install.
Open the page in the Wix Editor
Edit your site and go to the page where the widget belongs. Click where it should sit so the editor knows the spot.
Add an Embed HTML element
Open Add, choose Embed Code, then Embed HTML. A box lands on the page with an Enter Code button.
Paste the line
Click Enter Code, paste the line in, and press Update. The widget loads inside the box.
Size the box
Drag the box to the width of your column and tall enough for the widget. A results strip needs a short box; a roster needs a tall one.
Publish
Press Publish. The widget is live and updates on its own from here on.
Where it looks best
A strip in a thin section, the schedule in a wide one.
Give the results strip its own short strip across the top of the team page. Put the schedule in a full-width section below it, where the box can be tall. Wix columns are a good home for the narrow widgets — record, next game, top scorers.
Worth knowing on Wix
- Wix holds an Embed HTML element at the height you drag it to. The widget cannot grow past that box, so a long roster inside a short box gets its own scrollbar. Drag it tall enough.
- Embed Studio has a second version for Wix that grows with the page instead of sitting in a fixed box: a Custom Element, added from Add → Embed Code → Custom Element. Wix only allows Custom Elements on a Premium plan with a connected domain.

Why does my roster have a scrollbar inside it?
The Embed HTML box is shorter than the roster. Drag the box taller, or use the Custom Element version from Embed Studio, which grows with the content.
Does this work on Wix Studio as well as the classic Editor?
Yes. Both have Embed HTML under Add → Embed Code. In Wix Studio you can also set the element's height to fit its content.
Will it match my site's colours?
Yes. The line carries your club palette, and your light or dark theme, out of the dashboard. Nothing to set in Wix.
