Build the form you need. Early-bird pricing and sibling discounts apply themselves. Payments go through Stripe Connect into the club's own account — HockeyOS never holds the funds. Receipts go out on their own.
October · Waivers and rosters
Waivers chase themselves. Rosters build themselves.
Every registrant becomes a player on a roster, linked to a household and its guardians. Unsigned waivers get reminders, and every signature is recorded with a timestamp. A waitlist promotes when a spot opens.
All season · The record
Export anything. See who changed what.
Registrations export to CSV. An admin can export the whole club as JSON. Roles lock the admin areas, and an audit log keeps the trail of score edits, roster changes and waiver edits.

Digital waivers with signing links, unsigned-waiver reminders, and guardian consent recorded with the signature.
Households and guardians
Players linked to the parents who look after them. Guardians see their own kids and nothing else.
Roles and an audit log
Owner, admin, manager, coach, scorekeeper, parent, player, viewer. Admin areas lock by role; changes are logged.
Your data, exportable
CSV export of registrations. Full JSON export of the club by an admin. The club can be deleted permanently when you say so.

Where does the registration money go?
Into the club's own account. HockeyOS never holds the funds. Refunds are issued from the dashboard and the platform fee comes back with them.
What does a family pay in fees?
2.9% plus 30 cents per card payment, and nothing on top. Pre-authorized debit is available. Players, parents and coaches are never billed for HockeyOS itself.
Can I get our data out?
Yes. Registrations export to CSV from the dashboard, and an admin can export the whole club as JSON. An owner can also delete the club permanently.
Who can see what?
Eight roles: owner, admin, manager, coach, scorekeeper, parent, player and viewer. Admin areas are locked by role, parents see only their own kids, and an audit log records score edits, roster changes, invitations and waiver edits.
