Thursday · Availability
Know who's in before you leave the house.
Parents get a link and tap In or Out. No login. You see the tally, not a group chat. The morning of, a nudge goes to anyone who hasn't answered.
Saturday · The bench
Scored on a phone, behind the glass.
Period, time, goals with up to two assists, power play and short-handed, shots, both goalies, and every penalty grouped the way the Hockey Canada sheet groups them. No signal at the rink? Entries queue and send when you're back.
Saturday night · The numbers
Finalize the sheet. Nothing to type.
GP, G, A, PTS, PIM and the goalie line come from the sheet. Standings and the widgets on the club site update on their own. If something was wrong, an admin reopens the sheet and the correction flows through.
What you get.
A game sheet on your phone, availability before the weekend, and stats you never type.
The bench app
Goals, assists, every penalty, shots, both goalies including a goalie change — on a phone, in a full-screen rink mode, offline if it has to be.
The availability tally
Parents answer from a link with one tap. You see who's in, who's out and who hasn't said. A nudge goes out the morning of.
Lineups that count
Set the lineup before the game. Scratches don't earn a GP, and staff never show up in the pickers.
Stats you never type
Every number comes from a sheet. Tap any stat and it takes you back to the game that produced it.
A calendar that updates itself
Subscribe once to the team's iCal feed. Games, practices and changed times land on everyone's phone.
Signed on the phone
Referee, both coaches and the scorekeeper sign the sheet on the phone, drawn or typed. The club can require signatures before a sheet is final.
Questions from coaches & managers.
Does it work when the rink has no signal?
Yes. Entries queue in the browser and replay when you're back online. Replays are duplicate-safe, so a goal entered twice while offline is still one goal.
Is there an app in the store?
The bench app is a web app today: add it to your home screen from the club's own install prompt and it opens full-screen. Native iOS and Android apps are coming next.
We scored on paper. Now what?
Photograph the sheet. The scanner reads goals, penalties, shots and goalies into a review screen — it reads most legible sheets, and you confirm before anything is saved. It's on the Team and Club plans. You can also enter stats by hand; those games are flagged as manual.
What if the sheet was wrong?
An admin can reopen a finalized sheet and correct it. The correction flows to standings, stats and widgets. If the sheet had been signed, editing voids the signatures with a reason and the trail is kept.
