The season is built before anyone asks.
Tryout sessions scheduled and evaluators invited. Tournament pools set and the bracket ready. Camp registration open. The calendar feed live on every family's phone. All of it set up inside your HockeyOS club, by us.
02 · Registration, open and watched
Forms open on time. Then somebody watches them.
Fees, early-bird dates and payment plans are set up and checked. When a spot opens, the waitlist moves. Unsigned waivers get chased. The registrar sees the numbers without having to produce them.
03 · Game weeks
Rosters right, schedules right, scores posted.
Players added and released, affiliates linked, a moved game updated and every family told. When the sheet goes final, the result is on your website and your social channels in your look.
04 · Month end
What was done, and the hours it took.
Every month closes with a report: each area, what happened in it, and the hours against your block. No guessing what you paid for.

How hours work
A block per month. A report at the end.
Team Managed carries 5 hours a month; Club Managed carries 15. Work beyond the block bills at $85 an hour and is agreed with you first. Every month closes with a report of what was done and the hours it took.

Questions about the managed service.
Who is 'we'?
A person who knows your club — the same one each month — working inside your HockeyOS club with a staff role. You message them; they do the work and tell you when it is done. Not a ticket queue.
Can we cancel?
There is a 6-month minimum, and the service is billed monthly. After the minimum, talk to us; the arrangement is made with a person, not through checkout, and it ends the same way.
Do unused hours roll over?
The hours are a block per month, and the month report shows exactly how many were used. Ask us on the call about anything left at the end of a month.
Do you need admin access to our club?
Yes. We work inside your club with a staff role in HockeyOS, so everything we do is on your audit log and visible to your admins. You can change or remove that role at any time.
Can you also run our social channels?
Yes, inside the hours. Scores, schedules and announcements go out on your channels in your club's look, using the share card HockeyOS makes for each game.
